Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: $9.95 on orders under $150

• Free Standard Shipping: On orders of $150 or more

• Expedited Shipping: $19.95 (estimated 2–3 business days in transit)

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

Shipping rates are based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates do not include order processing time, weekends, or holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is specifically offered.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before shipment.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist you.

For damaged deliveries, please retain the original packaging and take photos of the damage.

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Personalized Jon Hart merchandise is customized in-store at Bloomers Boutique & Floral Designs.

Please allow additional processing time for personalization before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the item and current order volume.

Once personalization is complete, your order will ship using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Personalized Jon Hart merchandise is final sale for change-of-mind returns and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-Store Pickup & Local Delivery

In-store pickup and local delivery may be available at checkout for eligible orders.

Pickup and delivery availability and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
